The staff always go above and beyond. Check-in begins at 3 pm, but after driving 18 hours straight with 2 children and a new born, we arrived a little after 1230pm. They were really busy with a traveling baseball team checking out that day and another checking in that same day. Instead of turning us away because we were early and they were extremely busy, they took the time to work some magic and got us checked in. We found My Place hotel for the first time while traveling across country last year in Amarillo. Because of that first stay and the last 2 stays in North Aurora, we will only stay at My Place hotels if they are in the area we are traveling.

I just can't say anything bad about my stay at My Place North Aurora. The room was just as I expected it to be clean and ready like it was done personally. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This hotel is my first choice anytime I will be traveling to this area. I will continue to stay here and look forward to receiving the best Custer service that I have always received here. You guys rock keep up the great work. I'll be seeing you again soon.

The rooms are very well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner stove which makes meal prep a snap, if you're so inclined. The beds are comfortable and, as an extra bonus, queen rooms include a comfortable recliner. A small convenience store has snacks and beverages, as well as some food items and toiletries.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean, cute decor, quiet. Convenient location. Plenty of fluffy towels. Great shower with taller shower head. Breakfast is available for an extra fee. We pre-planned to eat breakfast at a local restaurant, so didn’t need/want breakfast included in the cost.

It’s pretty new structure that’s why it is still clean. I hope they can maintain the cleanliness all over to make it not dilapidated too soon… The staff was amazing and having a mini kitchen is plus but there was no kitchen utensils, how are you gonna use it for cooking then? ☺️
